Excursions
Kenya - Nairobi
The Nairobi National park is located just a short drive out of Nairobi’s central business district. Wide open grass plains and backdrop of the city scrapers, scattered acacia bush play host to a wide variety of wildlife including the endangered black rhino, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes and diverse birdlife with over 400 species recorded. Visitors can enjoy the park’s picnic sites, three campsites and the walking trails for hikers.
Kenya - Mombasa Excursion
The colorful island town of Mombasa with its blend of ancient and modern buildings on the Indian Ocean is Kenya principal port and the country’s second’s largest city. A tour of the islands includes the Arab Old Town with its maze of narrow twisting alleys displaying the beautiful carved doors and Arab verandas, bazaars with curio and antique shops, the Dhow Harbor (still in use), a Hindu temple, a visit to the Akamba wood carvers and a drive to the bazaar fir a short shopping expedition. The highlight of the tour is the visit to Fort Jesus. Built in 1593 by the Portuguese to guard the entrance to the Old Dhow Harbour, it is the Island’s Landmark. Four hundred years old, the fort still stands and serves as a historical museum.
Rwanda - Kigali Excursion
The Kigali city tour offers you an authentic outlook of Kigali which hosts some of the “thousand hills” in Rwanda. You can take this tour as part of your Rwanda safaris like gorilla trekking, chimpanzee trekking, Rwanda cultural tour or Rwanda birding safari where you can add one day Kigali city tour or half day city tour. Kigali is the capital city of Rwanda and the country’s vibrant commercial center with all year round moderate climate allowing you to visit any time of the year. It is one of the cleanest and safest of Africa’s cities attracting numerous visitors and investors yearly.
